(บริษัท เซอร์วิส ลอจิสติกส์ จำกัด) with registration number: 0505566026783 (“we”, “our” or “us” or “Service Logistics” or “PrizeMe”) collects, uses, discloses, manages and handles personal data which is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA” or “the Act”). Please read this Data Protection Policy carefully. 

By accessing our websites www.prize-me.com (hereinafter - 'Website(s)" or "Site(s)") , signing up for, submitting any information to us, or otherwise showing your agreement thereon, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to the terms of this Data Protection Policy. Service Logistics reserves the right to amend, alter, change or modify this Data Protection Policy at any time without prior notice. Any amendment, alteration, changes or modification will be posted from time to time on our websites. Subject to your rights under any applicable laws, you agree or shall be deemed to agree to be bound by any of such amended, altered, changed or modified Data Protection Policy by continuing to access our website, signing up for or submitting information to us, or otherwise showing your agreement thereon.

 Personal Data

• In this Data Protection Policy, “Personal Data” means any information pertaining to a natural person, which enables the identification of such a person, whether directly or indirectly but does not include the specific information of the deceased.
• Examples of such Personal Data you may provide to us include (depending on the nature of your interaction with us) your name, last name, phone number(s), date of birth and any other information relating to any individuals which you have provided us in any forms you may have submitted to us, or via other forms of interaction with you.

Collection of Personal Data

• Service Logistics may collect your Personal Data in several different ways. Please take care when submitting information to us, in particular when completing free text fields or other materials. Some of our services are automated and we may not recognize that you have accidentally provided us with incorrect or sensitive information.
• Whenever you interact with Service Logistics, you may or may be asked to provide us your Personal Data. For example:
   
  1. when registering we may ask you to provide a range of information, such as your name, last name, date of birth, phone number;
  2. when you purchase, register, we may record the call and/or ask you to provide information such as your contact details, delivery date and place of purchase and payment information;
  3. when you contact our customer service centers for assistance, we may keep information about the call, including your name, the product(s) you bought, the reason to why you contacted us and the advice we gave you;
  4. when you visit us at a public event, we may ask for information, such as your business card, name, contact details;
  5. when you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reasons.
• If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party (e.g. information of your spouse, children, parents, and/or employees), by submitting such Personal Data to us, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their Personal Data for the purposes as listed below.
• You should ensure that all Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the products you have requested.
• Service Logistics will only retain your Personal Data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the various purposes set out in this policy or to otherwise comply with any applicable laws and regulations concerning the mandatory retention of certain types of information.

Purpose of Collection, Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Data

• Generally, Service Logistics collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data for the following purposes:
  1. resolving complaints and responding and handling requests and enquiries;
  2. providing customer care, returns and other after sales services;
  3. for staff training and quality assurance purposes, particularly in relation to our customer relations staff at our call and other support centers;
  4. asking for your opinions on Service Logistics products and services and conducting product surveys;
  5. facilitating and processing your searches and requests for information when you contact us about Service Logistics and its products;
  6. conducting marketing promotion campaigns, contests and other promotional offers;
  7. managing the administrative and business operations of Service Logistics and complying with internal policies and procedures;
  8. facilitating business asset transactions (which may extend to any mergers, acquisitions or asset sales) involving any of the related corporations or affiliates of Service Logistics;
  9. matching any Personal Data held which relates to you for any of the purposes listed herein;
  10. analyzing, investigating, handling, resolving any security matters or any vulnerability;
  11. preventing, detecting and investigating and analyzing and managing commercial risks;
  12. providing media announcements and responses;
  13. monitoring or recording phone calls and customer-facing interactions for quality assurance, employee training and performance evaluation and identity verification purposes;
  14. organizing promotional events;
  15. legal purposes (including but not limited to obtaining legal advice and dispute resolution);
  16. conducting investigations relating to disputes, billing or fraud;
  17. meeting or complying with any applicable rules, laws, regulations, codes of practice or guidelines issued by any legal or regulatory bodies which are binding on Service Logistics (including but not limited to responding to regulatory complaints, disclosing to regulatory bodies and conducting audit checks, due diligence and investigations); and
  18. Any purposes which are reasonably related to the aforesaid.
• In relation to particular products and services or in your interactions with us, we may also have specifically notified you of other purposes for which we collect, use or disclose your Personal Data. If so, we will collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for these additional purposes as well, unless we have specifically notified you otherwise.

Disclosing and Transferring Personal Data

• Service Logistics will take appropriate and commercially reasonable technical, physical, and administrative measures to protect any Personal Data it possesses or controls from misuse or accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, acquisition or access in accordance with the Act. Subject to the provisions of any applicable law, your Personal Data may be disclosed, for the purposes listed above (where applicable), to the following:
  1. Service Logistics’s related corporations or affiliates and their employees to provide content, products and services to you or Service Logistics;
  2. agents, contractors or third party service providers who provide services to Service Logistics;
  3. any business partner, investor, assignee or transferee (actual or prospective) to facilitate business asset transactions (which may extend to any merger, acquisition or asset sale) involving any of Service Logistics’s related corporations or affiliates;
  4. our professional advisers such as auditors, accountants, financial advisers and lawyers;
  5. relevant government regulators, statutory boards or authorities or law enforcement agencies to comply with any laws, rules, guidelines and regulations or schemes imposed by any governmental authority; and
  6. Any other party to whom you specifically authorize us to disclose your Personal Data.
• You consent and agree to Service Logistics transferring your Personal Data outside of Thailand for any of the purposes as listed above.

Cookies

In order to improve our services to you, we sometimes use automated tracking devices such as a “cookie”. A cookie is a small amount of data that our web server sends to your web browser when you visit certain parts of our website and the use of which is intended to assist our understanding of your interest in our website. We may use the cookies to personalize the content, recommendations, advertisements and communications delivered to you so that they are more relevant to you and your interests. Please note that the cookies do not personally identify users although they do identify a user’s browser. You can always choose to disable cookies from being stored on your computer by changing your browser settings. Disabling cookies however, may result in a limited experience of our functionality and in some cases may mean that you will have limited access to the websites or even won't be able to use the websites at all. Minors

Service Logistics does not sell products to minors (under the age of 20 as determined based on the applicable law), nor does it intend to provide any of the services or the use of the websites to minors. We do not knowingly collect any personal data relating to minors.

If you continue to interact with the sites stated above, you automatically confirm and warrant that you are above the age of minority and you are capable of understanding and accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are a minor or having any limitation by the laws, you may use our websites only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

If you are under the age of 20 or having any limitation by the laws, we may require prior consent from your parent or legal representative under the laws. If we find that we have collected Personal Information from a person under the age of 20 without obtaining consent from parent or legal representative under the laws, we will proceed with deletion of such Personal Information without delay.

Security of Your Personal Data

To safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, processing, copying, modification, disposal, loss, misuse, modification or similar risks during the course of your use of our websites, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures. We strive to protect the security of your information and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures. 

Withdrawal of Consent, Access and Correction of your Personal Data

• You have certain legal rights with respect to the personal information Service Logistics holds about you. These may include the right to withdraw consent, request access, obtain a copy or receive the Personal Data related to you, object, correct, or request Service Logistics to erase, destroy, anonymize or restrict the use of the collected Personal Data. These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete Information which we are required by law to keep, or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping. If you:
  1. have any questions or feedback relating to your Personal Data or our Data Protection Policy;
  2. would like to withdraw your consent to any use of your Personal Data as set out in this Data Protection Policy or otherwise; or
  3. would like to make access, obtain a copy, object, request for erasure or anonymization, restriction, corrections to your Personal Data records or exercise any rights under the Act, please contact Service Logistics as follows:

Service Logistics will generally be able to respond to such queries and/or requests within 30 days after receipt of your request.

• If you withdraw your consent to any or all use of your Personal Data, depending on the nature of your request, Service Logistics may not be able to continue to provide its products and/or services to you.
• If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your questions, concerns or have any complaints about how we process your Personal Data, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the local data protection supervisory authority such as the Personal Data Protection Committee.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy was updated in May 2025. We may update it from time to time, so we recommend that you check back here occasionally.
